What if I told you that you could make an insanely tasty Paleo treat right now without having to bake a single thing AND you probably already have all of the ingredients in your house? Would you just want to give me a big fat hug?

With only four ingredients on the list, these Banana Bread Blondies by Caveman Corner Shop are dangerously good and so simple to make. The hardest part of all is not eating the whole batch in one day!
NO BAKE BANANA BREAD BLONDIES
- ½ cup coconut flour, sifted
- ½ cup mashed banana (about 2 medium bananas)
- ¼ cup cashew butter *(can sub with other nut butters)
- ¼ cup maple syrup *(can sub for other sticky sweetener)
- Dairy free chocolate chips (optional, but why would you ever skip these?!)
In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut flour and banana, mix well (this should be very crumbly). In a microwave safe bowl or stovetop, melt your nut butter with liquid sweetener. Once melted, pour into the dry mixture. Mix until fully blended and a thick batter is formed. Add the chocolate chips if desired. Transfer the batter to a lined container or baking tray and refrigerate for 10-12 minutes.
*If batter is still too thick after mixing, then add another tablespoon of nut butter or liquid sweetener.
(The blondies are best when kept in the refrigerator or freezer.)
