WARNING: Not for the faint of heart!
Hey Movers! Who’s up for a little open gym challenge? Over the month of August I want to see as many of you as possible try out the workout below and share your best time. Let’s see who can get through it the fastest.
This challenge could also be alternatively titled – who’s going to beat Neill and Mary B’s times? 😛
*Bonus points if you share your sweaty selfie after too, because if you don’t selfie after did the workout even really happen?
This super fun workout (yes, this is genuinely my idea of fun!) is one of Jill Coleman’s crazy Metcons.
8 rounds of 1 min burpees (chest to floor!) + 15 heavy DB push presses
