After seeing post after post from Prime Mover on Facebook, Seema took it as a sign that she needed to make a change. She felt that it was trying to tell her something and it was time she listened.
As she entered the red door for her first session, she was feeling “absolutely terrified.” However, she was pleasantly surprised to discover that she was made to “feel so welcomed and supported.”
Now 7 weeks later, Seema is down 2 stones (28lbs) and feeling more motivated than ever.
“I am determined to prove to myself that I can and will make my life better, for me AND my kids,” she said.
Below she shares how the 21DT boosted her confidence to start making her health a priority…
How have you changed since beginning with Prime Mover?
I have so much more confidence and determination now.
What advice would you give a new member joining the 21DT?
I would say, please just try it! It will transform your whole life and teach you so much.
How has your nutrition changed since starting with PM?
I am eating healthy and trying new things. I have discovered so much more about good foods!
What is one thing you couldn’t do when you started that you’re awesome at now?
I couldn’t do burpees, bear crawls, or even sit-ups at the start. The one thing I was absolutely useless at though was leg raises. I can now do all of these and I am so proud of myself.
If you had to describe PM in 3 words they would be:
Absolutely fantastic trainers.
What is the most valuable thing PM has taught you?
Prime Mover has taught me to value myself and to believe in ME.
What goal do you hope to achieve by the end of the year?
By the end of the year I want to have lost 4 stones. I want to feel happier and healthier. I also want to be able to do press-ups without putting my knees on the floor.
